The Exhibition Connections Hub is a one-day event to bring together exhibiting companies and organizations and conference attendees. ?The Hub will encourage the flow of attendees through each space, promoting more casual conversations with all exhibitors.? This new style for exhibition space will allow your representatives to meet delegates in a dynamic environment and create connections that can lead to product sales and/or identifying future employees.
The XXIX Interamerican Congress of Chemical Engineering Incorporating the 68th Canadian Chemical Engineering Conference is expected to attract close to 1,500 chemical engineers from Canada as well as South America, including 400 graduate and 450 undergraduate students currently studying chemical engineering.
Participating companies will get a 6-foot x?8-foot space within the Hub, which will include a table and two chairs, and conference name badges for two representatives.? Companies are encouraged to bring promotional material such as pop-up banner stands and promotional material for display in their assigned space.
As an added optional benefit to the Hub, exhibiting companies are also invited to participate in the Industry – Graduate Student Speed Networking Event, which is scheduled to take place on Monday, October 29 19:30 – 21:15 immediately following the exhibition time. This event, exclusive to pre-registered graduate students, will allow your representatives to meet tomorrow’s chemical engineers in a more intimate setting focused on networking and career advice, forming connections that could lead to future employees or collaborators. If your company is interested in participating in the event, please indicate this when applying to the Hub space.
